There are to few women among the first 500 business people. I did not expect that after 20 years there would be so few, even if the number of entrepreneur women in Romania is larger. I wonder why. Is it the risk of expanding the business beyond the direct collaboration with the people, when you no longer know the name of the people you work with, no longer know their family stories? For an entrepreneur, especially for a woman that enjoys the personal relations, the growth represents a huge risk, one that I accepted.
