On March 8th, 2013 at Caminul Artei Galery took place the International Exhibition of Feminine Contemporary Art and the launch of the “European Bridges” catalogue, editions 2011 to 2012.
The event was organized by Fildas Art Foundation and the Romanian Association of Creative Women and sponsored by Catena pharmacies.
The “EUROPEAN BRIDGES” project was born in 2004, when Romania enrolled on the European road and also the fine arts. Then, at the initiative of Xenia Rodica Constantin, artist and president of the Romanian Association of Creative Women in Fine Arts, organized the first International Workshop of Creation, bringing together artists from several European countries. Every year, the European BRIDGES’ prestige grew, thus artists from Romania being repeatedly invited to exhibit in major galleries in Europe. Meanwhile, at least once a year we organized in Romania a large exhibition with the works made by the artists participating in the workshop.
The opening speech of the exhibition was held by Mrs. Doina Pauleanu, Director of Constanta Art Museum.
Visiting the exhibition, you will have the privilege to watch the works executed in Camps International Creative Eforie in 2011 and 2012, the works were presented with great success last year at the Art Museum of Constanta. Also you can browse album dedicated to the period 2011-2012 the European Bridges.
